i must have logged in to my account on my inlaws laptop at one time in the past and now every time they go to paypal my email and password come up automatically and all they need to do is press login and they are into my account.
anyone any idea how to get rid of that?

Go to their computer, open browser prefs to delete PayPal related cookies, browser cache, and the saved log-in info to your account for PayPal. Usually the browser would ask if you want to save different log in info that was never used on the device before and you click do not save.
There should be detailed help in the browser software they are using to show how you edit the preferences.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
