I have my bank account linked to my paypal account. Its all verified and everything. What I am wondering is if I can withdraw money from an ATM with my paypoal card, and have the money come out of the bank account? Or does the money have to be in the actualpaypal account?
Assuming you have the PayPal Business Debit MasterCard, if you have insufficient funds in your account balance, the funds will come from your bank account.
Thanks for the reply. I am still a little confused though. I have my bank account tied to my paypal account, and when I tried to use my business card, it was declined. Do I have to have money in the paypal account, as opposed to my bank account??
