Hello everyone! I'm new to Paypal.
I'm currently 17 years old and just opened up my very first bank account. I have a lot of friends and family who use Paypal, so I decided to make an account. I had my mother with me at the time, because we thought we were opening a Student Account. We thought it was odd that it asked nothing about her, but we shrugged it off and linked my new bank account.
Now, my account is limited and I can't close my account, and there is no way to change a normal account to a student account. PLUS my bank account is already linked.
I'm really not fond of having to call, because I'm a terribly shy person, but in this case maybe I should? Any help would be great.
