Why is there no wallet and my money button in my paypal account?

Only Summary, Balance, Activity, Reports, Tools, More

also, i can remove or unlink my bank account before now i cannot do that anymore, there is no remove button. i want to close/delete my paypal account and start a new one. i think i ruined my account. thanks

btw. in my other paypal acct, i saw wallet button in my new acct, there is no wallet button and my money button

i have a problem, when i open my other account, it's something like this https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home

and when i open my new accunt, it's something like this https://www.paypal.com/businessexp/summary this never happened before

how to back to the new one like https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home.  My God, paypal is very confusing and very hard.
