To receive a payment from a buyer it is saying I need to upgrade my account and pay a fee to receive this payment, do I really need to upgrade my account? My Paypal account has been working just fine. Thanks.
If you are selling and receiving payments from buyers then yes you have to upgrade and pay a fee per payment.
Paypal is not a charity and its free only for buyers........sellers pay a fee to accept payments from buyers.
