Hello, I am not able to send money. I have $116 and I want to send some dollars to my friend in India but I am unable to do so. My account has not been verified but I can send upto $500 as per the rules. I have sent only $14 till now.
Also I am not able to verify my mobile number. I can't receive a verification message on my number.
PS: When I try sending money, it shows: "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."
