UK student account

Hi all. I'm trying to set my daughter up with a student account. I found the form for her to fill in, which she did. I then received the email asking me to confirm & create the account but when I click on the button, it just takes me to my Paypal account & there is not apparent way for me to proceed on creating the account for her. Also, when I click the "learn more" option in the email, it just loads a page that says the server cannot be found. How should I go about creating the account for her?

You are using a different email address to yours for her account surely?

I got her to fill in this form: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_request-register-youth This asks for her email at the top & mine at the bottom. So, yes, she supplied her email address. I then got an email sent to my address with a link to start the process of creating the account. But this link just takes me to my account.
