Translated to Chinese

My account has been randomly translated to Chinese. I've tried having my browser translate it back to English and it can't. I've emailed support but all of the webpages, directions and email responses I get are in Chinese so I can't read them. I've tried calling customer support and the only way I've received my 6 digit code to call is when I'm at PayPals website which is in Chinese and therefore my phone call is in Chinese. Please help as this seems to be the only PayPal related communication I can find that is in English.

Try clearing your cache ie temp internet files and history / cookies etc and then re-boot.

 

Failing that try another browser.

Thanks for your suggestions! Tried them all and it's still in Chinese. 😒

Use this link - https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/account - to go to your account profile page, scroll about half way down the page and click on the first drop-down box in the account options section... click on "English" to set your language back to English.
