Greetings !
Logged into my PP account yesterday and noticed that all my transaction history is gone.
At recent transactions it shows " There are no transactions for the last 30 days." even though I have had quite some activity recently.
I have tried to login from my smartphone,.. same situation. No activity shown what so ever.
Your kind advice would be greatly appreciated.

I did,.. Have one single transaction for the entire year of 2016 showing. Which is hilarious.
Just 2 days ago everything was fine and now it looks like all got wiped out.

Same here. Two days ago something happened and now my actitivity isn't being listed.
And my Paypal Balance is no longer my default method of payment. I have to change it to my Paypal balance with each purchase.
Anyone have useful info about this?

The link takes me to my activity page which incorrectly displays only one transaction.
I cannot find any wallet anywhere on the site.
I have two Paypal for Business accounts. They both are displaying recent Activity in error the same way. Incomplete activity. I can drill down and create reports, but up until two days ago all payments received and sent were easily readily displayed in Recent Activity.
So as I see it right now,
1. My default payment method which is supposed to be my Paypal Balance has been changed to My Smart Connect Account. I can change it to my balance to make a purchase but I cannot make it my default.
2. Recent Activity is simply jacked up. I can research transactions, but the running list of recet Activity is wrong.
3. I cannot Find Wallet or Classic View anywhere on the site.
You mentioned Known Issue. What happened, or what is the issue.
I've had my account for years and use it every day.

Got it touch with PPCS last night..
Apparently there's a system update going on and that might interfere with certain accounts.
As of yet,..unknown of how much the issue will last. They are working on it.
