My account is stuck on a screen that says "Tell us about your business". If I click Continue, I get an error message. The Back arrow does not get me off the screen. If I log out, and log back in, I get the same screen. I have tried Chrome and Firefox with the same results. I have tried clearing browser history and cookies, but keep going back to the same screen. Technical support has been no help. They say there is a ticket open, but I know that it's been open for months.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
