Seeing my e-mail address

Unfortunately, when customers go to the checkout page of my product where they can either input their Paypal or credit card details, my e-mail address appears in the top left corner.

I have viewed other checkout pages and their product or business name appears in the top-left instead.

I am just wondering how I can change the text that appears there?

You need  to change to a Business Account.  Business Accounts allow you to display a company or group name.  Personal and Premier accounts display an email address.  This is by design and the work around to go with a Business Account.  There's no fee for the change or having a business account and the transactions fees are the same.
