Hello, I do not have a SSN but I do have an ITIN but I see no option to add it on the options only a SSN option. I've been trying to buy something but Paypal won't let me and I think this is why. Can anyone tell me how I can use my ITIN? Thanks!
As recognized U. S. tax ID is required for U. S. account registration; for individuals that is a SSN.
I suspect there are some other issues with your account as not being completely verified. Do you have a linked bank account and a linked credit card? Is your account a personal account or a business account?
I have both a bank account and a credit card. When I made my account I filled everything else up except the SSN because I didn't have one. I also have a personal account.
