Receiving monetary gifts from non US accounts???

How do I as a US user receive a monetary gift from non US account?  Are there special settings I need to adjust.  I can give a gift to a non US account but they cannot send me a gift...

Check your Profile Settings.

Login in to your account.

Click on Profile

Click on My Selling Tools

Under Getting Paid and Managing My Risk

Look for Block Payments      Limit payments, add instructions, and more

Click on Update

You should see Payment Receiving Preferences

Check the setting:   Block payments from users who

If "Have non-U.S. PayPal accounts" is checked, uncheck it
