I maked a electrronic transfer myself yesterday but today my account is cero

If you mean how long for funds to transfer from your bank account to your paypal account then its normally 5-7 days.

But you do know as a buyer you never need funds in your paypal balance don't you? Paypal will take direct from any funding source linked to your paypal account.
