Question about closing my account

I have moved to a new country and i want to close my account so, the question is:

Is it possible to withdraw the money to my new Credit Card in the new country before closing the account? and can i make a new account with the same email?

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and financial info ie bank accounts and cards from within that country.

The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.

So you would not be able to withdraw funds to another countries c.c.

Also you would have to send the payment to your new account so you would not be able to have 2 accounts still open with the same email addy.

Why not withdraw funds first and then close it and see if they will let you re-use the email addy.

Or "send" the funds to a mate who can give you the funds in cash or send the funds to your new account.
