Paypal Verification in Oman

Hi everyone,

A dear friend from Oman wanted to open a new paypal account in oman muscat but the issue he is facing is in the verification process, he has successfully made the account but for verification, when he tries to connect the bank account, it asks for the Routing Number or ABA, whereas, the ABA or Routing Numbers are only for the USA due to which he is unable to add the bank account at the moment, so please kindly help and suggest what should he do to get his account verified ?

Unfortunately residents of Oman can only link a US Bank Account.  (He won't be able to link his local bank.)

Thank you for the reply, do you know what US Banks are there in Oman ? And where to get there Routing Number ? If you know any specific bank of Oman and its Routing number, please kindly let me know so i ask my friend to open the account in that specific Bank.
