Good day! I have set a new Paypal Business account with valid company data and everything. I am trying to link my Bank account from RO/Banca Transilvania - everything went fine with adding the account. I received the transaction from Paypal in my account and I have the 4 DIGIT PIN.
When I enter my account: Tools > Business Setup > Bank Account and I press CONFIRM so I can add my code I receive the following error:
Sorry — your last action could not be completed
