Can or how do i set my paypal to automatically purchase with the funds i have im my account and not the credit account?

Thank you for reaching out here. The automatic hierarchy of PayPal funding sources is as follows:

1. PayPal Balance
2. Bank Account – if approved for ACH
3. PayPal Credit (or a PayPal card, such as Smart Connect or Extras MasterCard)
4. 3^rd Party debit/credit card
5. eCheck – delayed payment from bank account

This hierarchy is for online purchases. The primary and backup funding sources for PayPal In-Store Checkout are determined separately.

You can always change the funding source for a particular transaction during the checkout process.
