PayPal Digital Goods Problem

Hi, I have a problem with PayPal for Digital Goods. I'm building a gateway for one of my platforms, and I'm getting the following error after the Digital Good popup open:

 

We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Since there are no error messages, I cannot debug the problem. I posted here the response string returned by PayPal
