Im having the same issues since August this year. Both accounts have to be linked. PayPal Credit and the Paypal, I was told several times. But there is an issue with linking them together on my end. I think it's an email problem between both ends, two diff emails causing all the confusion. I had purchased an item on BillMeLater. Now that PayPal has bought them...it's been a pain. It was resolved once but now the same problem has occurred all the sudden. Can't find the account again, just got off phone with a representitive. Back to the old drawing board again! But on a brighter note....I was waived the previous late fee of 25.oo!! Great customer service in that regard! And you thought I was going to say, I saved 15 percent by getting Geico!!...haha!
