Well, I added my bank account to my paypal account and I confrimed it by typing in the 2 deposits that paypal sent to my bank acount and it's telling me I have no balance.
You have a 0.00 Pypal balance It does not mean your bank has 0.00 balance. If you add funds to you Pypal account or if someone pays you then you would have Paypal money. Hope that helps-hope I answered your question.
