Hello, my name is Kurt Paris, and I am currently in my senior year of High School. Two years ago during my sophomore year, I created a Paypal. At the time Paypal allowed me to use the service for what ever reason even though I was underage. But all of a sudden a while back my account became limited, and asked for a a few things like photo identification, and some other stuff. So I sent in a picture of my photo identification, and its been like a year, and now I go back to try and fix my paypal situation again, and it still says in progress. So I then navigated to the Close Account tab, just so I can close her, and get a fresh start with Paypal. But it's asking me for info on my old bankcards and bank account that I no longer have. So then I tried to change my security questions and update them to my new stuff, which Isn't allowed because it then loops back to the whole limited thing in the first place. I appreciate any help you guys can provide me with.
