I recently received a refund onto my PayPal account, but there is a note saying that I will be charged a fee if I transfer this money onto my card, as the name is not the same as it is on the card.
I have put my name on correctly except a middle initial which is on my card, so I don't really know what I am meant to do - my middle initial is on the card but where would I have to enter this middle initial??
