Question about Refund From PayPal after verifying my card.

Hello.

I have the following question.

At 06/02/2013 i've added my card to my PayPal account and accepted it for verification. 

At 08/02/2013 my first PP code showed up on my internet banking.

Accidently i have deleted my card from account and then deleted the whole account. I re-opened the account by registering new account and added again my card after 5-7 days.

At 15/02/2013 i've successfuly added my card for verifying.

At 18/02/2013 i've received my 2nd PP code and now my card is verified.

So my question is will i get refund for my first trying to verify the card. (the one from 08/02).

You would need to ask customer support.

well, i've asked them but still no answer. i've read that they refund all transactions after verifying but not sure about it.
