I made this account a long time ago and make it under my grandma's name for my personal use, now that I'm turning 19 soon here in July I want to change it to my name, and not her's since she never uses it. Is it possible to do a name change like this, or would I have to make a new account?
As you are ONLY allowed to use a paypal account in your own name then i suggest you remove any financial info ie cards and bank accounts and close it and then open one of your own.
