Log In trouble for multiple users

I am a business owner with several multiple users on my account. We've been using this for several years with no issue. All of a sudden, this week, my users are unable to log in. For one I reset her password and it worked again. For another resetting the password has not helped. I tried logging in as the user myself and get the error message that some of the information is not correect. One thing I notice is the log in asks for an email, not a user name which is what multiple users use to log in. Not sure if that is the issue or what has changed.

I'm sorry to hear that some of your users are running into this problem. 😞 This is a known issue that our engineers are working to resolve.
Some customers have been reporting that their users are able to log in after the user password is reset. You may want to give that a try and see if it helps any in the meantime.
Here’s how to reset an authorized user’s password for your Business account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click on the Business Profile icon and select Profile and settings.
- Click My settings.
- Click Update next to "Manage users."
- Select the user with the locked password and click "Change Password."
- Enter the new password and click Save.
