I manage a business's use of a Paypal account and want to secure it using two factor authentication but obviously don't want to risk losing control of the account if said employee who gets the 2FA code leaves employment.
Two people currently share the password to the account now and the account password is also kept in a safe on site.
What's the best strategy to handle this? Can I set up two different logins and have two different phones receive login codes to the same paypal account?
eg (user1@domain -> phone1 and user2@domain -> phone2) where both login to same paypal account
Failing that, if I'm stuck with one employee having the 2FA access, if that employee leaves, how difficult is it to regain control of the account again?
