The first thing i see is i cant use PayPal anymore. But it doesnt actually say why. Just a vague reference to the user agreement

Possibly you might have violated some things on their user agreement. Did you call customer service and ask for specifics?

Yes i did. Customer service informed me that i had sent a friends and family transaction to my niece after i had loaded a paypal/my cash card. Whichviolated the user policy. However i think u need to know there were three weeks between those two transactions .
