Limited account , need to switch money to this account.

This title is a bit vague but I'll explain it . I have this account  which is curently limited and I was wondering if I could send my money from the limited account to this account in any way.The limited account has a confirmed card so that shouldn't be an issue if it's the case.

The problem is that I need to change the name on the limited account since I used his name on it and he is underaged but I can't change it to mine since I am an adult and the card is on my name(on the limited account).

Can I change the name on the limited account or can I send the money in any way to this account?

Please repply as the guys from support won't and calling paypal is ot an viable option for me.
