I got this message:
You have received €1,800 or more in total payments to your PayPal account in this calendar year and are therefore approaching our annual receiving limit of €2,500. PayPal is required by law to comply with European Union Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting information from customers when they reach this limit. Please go to the Resolution Centre for more information on what you need to do.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-004-831-742-653.)

So i am prombted to resolve the issue and I indeed enter my details and sent the pictures required:

Proof of identity,  Proof of address,  Personal information.
So succesfully entered these all marked with a bright green V.

And as a last sidenote it says i have to "Verify your account using your credit card" Confirm credit card.
I click on it and it moves me to the credit card links.... WHich i have my credit card verified since ~2004
and so i cannot reverify the same credit card.... SO WTH is going on ?
I send messages to paypal meesage helpcenter but of course they spam me with the copy paste reposnses which does not help....
Any idead what else i have to do to lift the limits ?
