Refund transaction - The Memo field contains invalid characters

Hi,

We have been facing issue while refunding transaction using API for last week. It did not get completed at once and we have to try 3-4 time to get it completed. We get following error while refunding transaction :

Warning: 11001 - The Memo field contains invalid characters
Error: 10001 - Internal Error

But if we try 3-4 times, then it get refunded. Did you make any changes in API. Please help us.
