Issues with logging in on a new device.

I haven't logged on to my paypal account for a long time and the only thing that I use it for needs to be updated. When i tried to log in to my account it says that it doesn't recognise the device and needs to verify my account. the problem with that is that the phone number thats still attached to my account is an old number that i don't have anymore. is there a way to get this info updated or will I have to create a new account and get this old one deleted.

I have the same problem, I was able to login for last time about 3 weeks ago, my device has not changed. I have correct phone on my account but I do not receive an automated phone call for verification, have tried multiple times. I do not have card on my account.

Give customer service a call.  There may be some things they have that can help clear it up.  You may need to just verify yourself for them over the phone so they can update some settings.  If that doesn't work then they can put in a service ticket for you.  The more reports they have, the faster the tech department moves to fix the issue.
