Is it possible to change my login email address?

Hi to anyone that can help...  My original email service I began my Paypalaccount with has stopped providing email services to me.  My login email address is that service which I cannot use anymore...

Is there a way to change my login username which is the discontinued email address to another email address that I am currently using???

Log on with that old email address and add a new email address and make the new one you just added the primary email address, then delete the one you can't use no more.
