How to upload my ID card info?

I need to lift the final limits, but i have no idea how to upload my ID card info, im guessing i need to print-screen the creditcard bills and stuff but how do i do it with the ID card?

You would have to scan it.

oh wow... i dont even have a scanner, arent there any other ways? Does that mean print-screen is not okay either?

Print screen is fine, just save a file, i..e. jpg.

You can find places to scan, Office Supply Stores, UPS Store, Copy Centers, etc.
