How to customize PayPal payment page header image (for new PayPal UI)?

I have a page on my web site that lets users to make a donation. When they click it the page redirects them to a PayPal site. I customized it with my own header image some time in the past.

So fast-forward to today. I know that PayPal is using a new UI/look now. So I was testing my donation link and discovered that on some browsers (not all, just some) my PayPal donation page with the new UI still uses a very old header image URL that I changed several years ago, and now appears as a broken link:

enter image description here

So I logged in to my PayPal account and loaded up this page (don't ask me how I got there, PayPal doesn't make it easy to find it):

enter image description here

and checked, but the URL it showed was the correct one:

enter image description here

So where else can I change this header image for the new PayPal UI?

That is the only place to edit headers and page appearance.

Ok. So why am I getting that old URL then? I checked it again today and sure enough it's still not working.

PS. Also an interesting observation.

When PayPal loads that page with the following URL (I break it up to prevent automatic parsing):

https: / / www . paypal.com/webapps/hermes?token=<token>

the page has the old header URL and thus a broken header image.

But when it uses this URL (again, spaces added):

https: / / www . paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_flow&SESSION=<blah-blah>

everything seems to work fine.

Any idea. Is it a Paypal bug?
