I no longer have the credit card I did befor how do I delete that one aNd add a new one

up the top of your PayPal account there is a toolbar:

Overview - Add Funds - Withdraw - History - Resolution Centre - Profile

Click "Profile" "Add or edit credit card"

From there it's very straight forward. Click "Remove" next to old card. Then "Add another card." And follow the prompts
