Ok here's my problem: I want to transfer money from paypal to my bank account. I have reached my monthly limit of 500.00. I think I reached it in mid-january. My first question is how long does a "month" take in paypal time? Because now it is march 4th and it seems like it should have reset already. I have tried to raise my monthly limit as well and am having problems there too. Paypal says this when I enter my SSN: "We are unable to verify your social security number. Please check that you entered the number correctly and resubmit." I know my SSN by heart and have no idea why they won't accept it. I don't have a credit card or debit card to submit either, I would appreciate help on this.
