i've got a paypal account since two weeks or so and i kept doing deals, selling art, receiving money and buying some things on the net. but some day, i've got that message that told me that i need to verify my accont.
so i went on netteler, put some money on it and got my NET+ card, i was really excited to get my paypal reactivated again, but,
when i registered my credit card number ect, it told me that it is not available and that i must choose another card... but still that is the only card that i can have and i have 12€ in my account which is for me hours of work on youtube banners that i cannot use anymore.. please can someone help me to link my NET+ card to my paypal so i can be free to buy things?
