Can I specify FedEx as the shipper instead of UPS or USPS. Neither of those will deliver to this address.
No, PayPal shipping does not support FedEx. You either have to ship at FedEx/Kinkos store, their website or at eBay.
But you can upload FedEx tracking to PayPal Payment transaction.
