I'm from Romania so I made a PayPal account and a new card a VISA CLASSIC to BRD ROMANIA.
And I tried to confirm my paypal but I get this error : "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card."
I don't know what to do anymore.I have money on card, I verified it .
