Here's my Dilemma,
I am trying to purchase a product on eBay but every time i get to the last page to confirm my payment i get an error page saying that my purchase did not go through... a few seconds later i get an email with a confirmation of payment from eBay thanking me for my purchase. I check Paypal site and find that no money has been transferred and i am back to square one. I have tried this 3 times and even contacting the seller to confirm that he never received the money either. I purchased a couple items with the same process just days before i tried purchasing another.
What am i doing wrong? Is my Paypal account blocked from being able to be used? What steps do i need to take from here?
