Email problem

Hi, thank you for taking the time to read my first post. I have two emails, primary and other email that I use with PayPal, they both work fine ,however when I go to my profile to add email or delete email, I can see only one email on the list, I can not see my other email. Is it hidden, because if I try to add it, it says the email already added it, but it does not show up. Please help Thank you, I.A.
