Downgrade Premium Account to Personal Account

How I can downgrade my premium account to a personal account. I tried emailing paypal to downgrade my account but I am only getting an automatic response. I have emailed more than 3 times and my account is still not downgraded. What should I do?

Only customer service can make the changes.  One of the main differences between a Personal Account and Premier is that a Premier allows you accept credit cards for sales transactions.  Otherwise, both accounts are very similar in function and features.  If you're planning to sell anything, it really does not matter having a Premier or Personal.

There's an email contact link in your account, also the phone number.

Unfortunately all you can do is keep trying as there's no other way to get help.  The process can be quite frustrating.
