I've had paypal for years same account etc ! I puchased item on Ebay, which was declined 6 times !
Login to my paypal account proceed to my purchase where it does show 6 purchases of the 1 item wirth
"Regulations require us to take a closer look at some transactions. Your payment is temporarily pending while we review it.!
I also proceeded to "Wallet" where I have to " Confirm Bank Account" an also "Confirm Card " and stating Paypal have sent a code to my bank account but where is it ?
