Cant Access Profile

I want to update information on the profile tab but the page will not load, I have tried from 3 web browers and 3 machines, same issue ' the web page encortered to many redirects to load', I looged an issue but got a really crap reply from support

Clear out browser cache and cookies, restart device and try again.

I have tried this it does not work, it also seems like a lot of people have had this issue since 2012 without it being properly resolved

Have you updated your browser?  Is it the most current version?
