Hi, need help and getting very frustrated by paypal.
I am a verified user of paypal with my visa debit card, and im trying to add my bank details so that I can add and wihdraw cash.
Each time I try to add the bank account details I get "The account you entered would
need additional review. Please link a different bank account. "
It wont allow me to verify this account? I have used this account in the past but it got removed.
Every time I add the bank details I get the same error message and the bank details are not stored and not reviewed?
How do I add this account again and get it verified again?
Help please as I am getting no help from paypal. I have emailed and rang them but all I get is automated useless help that is just frustrating to say the least.
Any human advise would be welcome, thankyou.
