Can't withdraw my funds

Hello

I trying withdraw funds from my paypal account to my credit card.

When i try from new version get this message:

Internal Server Error

And when i tried from old version get this:

You cannot complete this transaction at this time.

I have contacted support more times for to days and not getting any replies or resolve problem

Sorry, I think will not be trust in paypal again clearly, it's is always there problems with my account.

You can't withdraw funds to a card in the U.S, you can only withdraw to a bank account linked to your paypal account.

Thank you kernowlass for reply but the card is out of U.S and i'm not from U.S

I have to withdraw funds on this card previously

Don't understand why paypal support not replied me yet?

I has sent alot messages for him
