Can't unlink Debit card

Hi, I have another paypal account in which i linked a debit card to it when i first created it which was 2 years ago, now i got a new visa from payoneer and I wanted to link the payoneer visa and remove the old debit card, but each time i try to remove the old debit card it says; " paypal can't process your request, try again later". This message keeps popping up and I am trying to remove the card from three days ago with no success, please If anybody can help me with this issue, Thanks

Firstly you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business one.

2. Your best bet would be to add a card > make it primary > then remove the old one.

3. You can't use payoneer with paypal.
