Can't enter an international phone number so can't login

I have myself boxed into a corner.  I can't get logged in because for some reason my device

is not recognized. So it askes for a security phone number call and send a security code. But

the  number it wants it use is an OLD number. When I click the  option to enter a new

number it will not accept enough digits for my INTERNATIONAL phone number.

So I can't get logged in... and I can't fix it by accessing my account... because I can't get

logged  in.

HOW do I approach this problem?

call cs they will try to remove the flag on your account , once you're able to login setup your travel plans so will not have problem again , but if you are living in that country permanently then I advised to close the account and setup another one in that country.

you have to login to close an account or contact customer support through email and they won't let us do that i have the same problem, i can't call their phone line as a guest since Im in another country

SOLVED!   

i WENT TO www.paypal.com/ph/   in the Pgilippines and they are used  to unterntional

phone numbers there and I  could enter it fine there.
