Can't confirm my added bank account in PayPal

Hi,

Excuse me if this question is asked, but in my pesonal case i see no solution.
I received at least three times into the previous 2 weeks email from Pay{al to confirm my added bank account, but even today, when i was into the bank it have no transaction, or small amount into the IBAN or debit card.

No 4 digit code, no amount received and even if i recive the code i do not know where to enter him, my bank account is unconfirmed and i see no where to click to confirm him. The debit card is confirmed.

I wrote on PayPal, they have "email as" option and i choose the right menu and submenu for the question "confirming bank account"

Very bad that each time when i email them, i receive automatic answer within a few minutes with ready phrases and nothing concrete.

This time they answer me how to confirm a debit card!!!??? 

The another option is to call Paypal with my poor english or someone here to help!
